Configure Landi C20 Pro Dual Screen Guide

In this article, you will learn how to set up the Landi C20 Dual Screen Pro device with Loving Loyalty

1. Link the device

Before following these steps, please ensure that the device is linked to
Loving Loyalty's Landi partner account, with ID 801448. For more details, please refer to the Landi Connect User Guide, pages 23-26.


2. App installation

By default, the following apps install automatically once the device is linked to Loving Loyalty’s Landi Connect account:

  • Loving Loyalty

  • Google Chrome

If these apps do not install automatically, download them manually from the Landi App Center.


3. Adjust device settings

After the required apps are installed, configure the following:


A. Enable automatic updates (native App Store only)

If you install apps from the device’s native App Store, ensure automatic updates are enabled.

On a Landi device:

  1. Open App Center

  2. Tap the gear icon (top-right)

  3. Enable Automatic Updates


B. Set the correct time zone

It is essential that all devices use the correct time zone.

To configure the time zone:

  1. Go to Settings → Date & Time

  2. Turn “Set time zone automatically” off

  3. Tap Time Zone and select Denmark

  4. Turn “Set time zone automatically” back on

  5. Ensure “Set time automatically” is also enabled


C. Change the device language to Danish

  1. Open Settings

  2. Go to System

  3. Tap Languages & Input

  4. Select Add language

  5. Choose Dansk, then select Danmark

  6. Move Dansk to the top of the list (sets it as the preferred language)

Note: The language can also be set during initial device setup when turning on the terminal.


4. Log in to Loving Loyalty

  1. Open the Loving Loyalty app

  2. Log in using the cashier credentials provided in the onboarding email

  3. Open the main menu

  4. Tap Payment Terminals

Tap the Create new Payment Terminal button in the middle of the screen

Select the payment provider: Softpay
Select Yes, installed here and tap Continue.

Select Yes, built-in receipt printer Then tap Continue.

Select Landi C20 Pro as the payment terminal model, then tap Continue.

Select Yes, built-in receipt printer, then tap Continue.

Select the type of cash drawer (Generic) connected to the Landi device, if applicable, then tap Continue.

Enter an appropriate name for the payment terminal: Landi C20 Dual Screen, then tap Continue

The Payment terminal has now been created in the system and activated for the current user
