Set up your shop's basic information

Set up your shop's name, description, contact details, preferred language, shop type, and cuisines through the Basic info settings.

To edit your shop's basic information, follow these steps:

1. On the home screen, select Settings
   
   
2. On the Settings screen, select Basic info.
   
   
3. On the Basic info screen, enter and edit the following fields and options:
   
   
• Name: Enter the name of your shop.
  
  
• Description: Enter a brief description of your shop to give your customers an idea of what your shop offers.
  
  
• Contact email: Enter your shop's email address.
  
  
• Contact mobile phone: Enter your shop's mobile number which customers can use to contact.
  
  
• Contact Language: Enter your preferred language when customers contact you in the app.
  
  
• Type: Select which shop type best describes your business.
  
  
• Cuisines: Select as many cuisines your shop offers.
  
  
• Display in-app: Turn on this option to allow your customers to find and make orders in your shop using the Loving Loyalty app.
  
  
4. After editing your shop's basic information, select Save. Your updated information will reflect on your shop's profile in the app in real-time.
