Add new staff

As a user with a manager role, you can add new staff to your shop and assign them roles such as manager, cashier, or driver. 

Important: New staff must already have a customer account in the Loving Loyalty app so that they can be added to your shop.

To add new staff to your shop, follow these steps:

  1. On the home screen, select Settings.
  2. On the Settings screen, select Staff.
  3. On the Staff screen, you can see three sections by role: Managers, Cashiers, and Drivers. Go to the section of the role you want to add the new staff to,, and then select + Add new [role].
  4. On the pop-up box, enter the email address of the new staff. The email address must be the same address of their existing customer account in the app. 
  5. Select ADD. The next time your staff signs in to the app, they will be able to switch to the new role you assigned them.
